When your order is successfully placed, an email will be sent that acknowledges receipt of your order.
You will be sent a confirmation email for the order once it has been accepted and dispatched.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will confirm receipt of your order via email, however, the order will only be processed once verification is done via email or mobile.
Receivable orders are confirmed and dispatched within 2 business days. Sundays and public holidays are not treated as business days.
You should be aware that some items in an order may have to be shipped separately for logistics purposes.
Everything is ensured to be in one piece when handed over to our delivery partners. To ensure this, we inspect all products and package them securely.
Our delivery partners are obliged to deliver your order within the specified deadlines.
They shall contact you if there are any complications regarding obtaining the address or executing the order at a preferred time.
At the moment, Ved Sundari does not ship outside India.
